Poor Build quality
We've had this product for over a year and it's broken several times (the blade came loose from the holder). Although it fits back into the holder, we were cautious and slow when using it. The tilted angle for peeling constantly shifts, causing it to become stuck while peeling.

Excellent kitchen mate, useful for peeling anything raw and hard. Julienne cutter is wonderful.
