I liked this better because in addition to having velcro securing strap, the strap itself is elastic. So it keeps you tight but with some give. Very effective in its support

Wanted to wait until I’ve tried this out. Suffer from tennis elbow. My orthopedic doctor recommended this because it has the gel pad. He had give one one from his office to use for the time being but once I got this one, game over. Soooo much better, I forget I have it on. Highly recommend.

I can’t say enough about these arm bands. I have purchased a couple different ones before this, but these are the game changer. I have suffered with tendinitis in both forearms for a couple years and these have been what I have needed. I work out five days a week and put these on before each work out. It allows me to do what I want to do without causing any further damage and allowing my arms to continue to heal. It supports with just the right amount of pressure placed on the muscle, and the Velcro is very strong without wearing out. I highly recommend this brand.

I use the support for my left arm when I'm drumming for long periods and prone to cramping. I have very thin arms and most things don't fit me. This gets tight enough to do the trick and stays where I put it. It's comfortable and easily adjustable. Easy on the pocketbook too, which I particularly like because I'm a senior citizen and don't have much money to throw away.

Would not like a replacement!!

Got this to help apply pressure to incision line after hardware extraction in elbow/ulna. I’ve developed a hernia after the hardware was first installed and thought it was occurring again. Used this on my arm for about a week and the pain/inflammation subsided and finally went away. Only downside is the padding is made of a gel type material that will collect heat from body/sun and retains it for a while. Not so great when it’s 90+ outside.
