I was delighted when this was delivered but this is October and it was delivered end of July and one of the wheels came off! so had to remove all wheels or the chair would be useless. not at all happy. it lasted 11 weeks!!! 11 weeks for a chair is not acceptable! not happy at all!

We ordered 6 of these chairs for a small conference room at work. This amazon price of $118 was 40% of our local office supply company's "discount" price for a similar vinyl chair. This one is leather and very nice looking as well as comfortable. Casters make the chairs easy to move around. And we got FREE shipping. What is not to love? We did have to assemble. But it was easy. Highly recommend for office use.

Better than I expected for the price. Decent quality and good finish, one small blemish on one of the cross members but it's not very noticeable. Very easy to assemble; everything lined up well and tightened as it should. The arm height is ~25" so it fits under my writing desk with a little room to spare. The rounded cushion makes you set back in the chair. Not a bad thing, just a little different as it puts you into a straight posture with your back firmly against the backrest. I imagine that after being sat in for a while the cushion will flatten out although having better posture isn't necessarily a bad thing. Overall I'd have no hesitation in recommending this to a friend.

This chair looks amazing and gives a very royal feel to the room. Not just the looks it is also very comfortable to sit on. Its been about a month and I use this chair daily for approx 5-6 hrs daily and have had no issues. The assembly was easy and i was able to set it up in about 30 min. Directions are just pictures but if you have assembled IKEA furniture before you are good to go. i used it for my daughter's bithday shoot and was very pleased by how it looked. Only reason for 4 stars is that my chair came with a little scratch and i noticed it only after fully assembling it and throwing out the box. but as a product i will say it definitely is 5 star

I have read many of the reviews for this item and ones which were similar, and I agree with those who gave it a 5 star. I'm not sure about those who said it was very difficult to put together as I'm a 69 year old lady and I put 2 chairs together in 1 1/2 hours. All you need is a Phillips screw driver.I bought 2 chairs to fit a kitchen table-height bar, and they not only fit well (arms under the counter) but look great and can be used for additional seating at the dining table as well as in the family room. I bought the bomber-jacket finish so wear and spots should never be a problem.
