Nice quality and adjustable for non-standard door sizes
I was glad to find something that would fit our shower door as our old bar broke at the screw threads (not stripped, the threads literally fell apart). It is an older shower door and the bar has an odd length compared to what seems to be common these days. Overall this new bar seems to be sturdy. The metal portion is much thicker and nicer looking than our old bar. The acrylic mounts don't look too bad, but aren't necessarily my style. I got this particular cut to fit bar though because out of the options on Amazon it looked the best to me despite the acrylic pieces.Cutting it was pretty easy and straightforward. I was worried about marring it, so I taped and marked the end I was going to cut, clamped it down carefully, and then used a hack-saw with a bi-metal blade in it. The material cut pretty easily and clean. I didn't want to use a rotary or power tool because they have a tendency to leave burn marks around the cut unless you are very careful with them. It took a little longer, but the end result was very good and clean.I can't speak much to the durability. We have been using the bar for a few weeks now, but we aren't hard on it. There is no sign that it will crack or break so far though. In general a pretty good option if you need a cut to fid shower bar. The only thing I really wish were different was that it doesn't come with any nylon washers. For the price there isn't a good reason to not include them. For a door like ours they are essential to get a good water tight fit without damaging the door. Those are relatively easy to find though so not a huge deal.

Perfect Fit
Our handle broke on one end on the shower door. We thought we might need a new door but this handle was perfect.

Expensive for what it is, but gets the job done.
Need to replace a shower door handles from the 60s, 70s, 80s? These things were made by the jillions and all exactly the same. This was a perfect replacement, excepting it doesn't come with any "stops" (acrylic blocks that go on the side opposite the handle, to prevent the doors from passing each other). The channel comes 30" long, you'll probably have to cut it to fit. Need a hacksaw for that. and sand paper to clean up the cut end. Other than that, all is needed is a phillips screwdriver.

Closest replacement towel rack I could find.
We have an older shower that has not been updated. The sliding doors on shower work fine and are in good condition. But, the towel racks are 45 years old too. And made of steel, chrome plated. Rusting through. So, I used these towel racks to replace them. Fit is fine except length has to be measured and cut. Then filed and sanded. Took a while, old racks did not want to come off after 45 years. Old flat head screws also.

Ok product
Looks great but the clear handle broke after two weeks. Put it back together with epoxy and is holding good so far .

Easy to install
It took me longer to find and buy the replacement towel rod on the Internet than it did to fit and install it. It isn't flimsy so I'm expecting it will last as long as my first one, 22 years.
