The little saw provided literally fell apart after two seconds of use. But with a good sharp non jagged knife it took no time cutting it to the size I needed. After it’s was simple to click into place and reinstall my AC. Probably took 30 minutes from start to finish.

The side panels are way too short to fit my window. The window isn’t oversized or anything. The hacksaw is super disappointing. Also disappointing that it doesn’t come with the frame as many others do.

I ended up with hail damage to my very old ac side curtains. And replacing them with these was super easy. Comes with a little hand saw to cut them down to the right size. It took me and my dad about 20 minutes to replace them from pulling the AC out to putting it back in.

Comes with flimsy saw. I used a Dremel with a larger disc. It made a mess but worked. Advise wearing a mask. Got it cut to size and installed the air conditioner.

They definitely get the job done. But there’s still cracks that lets bugs in. We had to use duct tape to seal the cracks. Still works. I would say buy it. Just buy the foam piece to cover it 100%

This is like an upgrade compared to the shutters that came with the air conditioner. After 10 or so years they started to crack and pull apart. The saw that comes with it is junk so I would recommend pitching it and using a tool of your own to cut it. Besides that, this is a great product.

The rails have to be 11/16 minimum. The accordians themselsves are 5/8 but the ends are bigger. Instructions are barely helpful. The saw is junk and makes it impossible to cut a straight square joint. I would not buy this again.
