My black marble hexagon tile looked faded in my shower and I wanted to bring it back to like new condition. Having no ideas where to start, I did some research, and went with TileLab stone cleaner and stripper also bought here, to strip the tiles surface before doing anything else. After stripping the tiles 3x using the stripper with white scouring pads, I repainted the faded black grout using black grout pens sold here. I let everything dry for 3 days, then applied the Stonetech sealer and enhancer. It brought out a deep, dark, black in the tile. It looks different than when it was installed new, I can tell because I have recessed niches/cubbies with the same tile in my shower walls. I can't say the tiles look brand new after this process, but they look different since the black has become a little bit deeper. Overall, the entire process completely transformed the look my faded black marble tile shower floor. Thinking back, much of the fading was just hard water and soap scum build up over the years that was stripped away with scouring pads and the stone stripper/cleaner. However, this color enhancing sealer injected much needed life, depth and luster back in to the cleaned and stripped tiles.

The sealer goes on easy and brings out a beautiful color in my nature stones. It definitely takes a while to dry. Do not rush the process. I put on about 3 coats, letting each one dry before the next one.

Followed directions and still got a greasy look to it when applied to my black slate tiles.

I have tried 3 other products. I have hard water and use harsh chemicals to clean off the build up of lime and iron..after 3 years of cleaing my shower floor tile it had a white cloudy film in some areas. I tried all different products. Dishwasher jet dry rinse. I tried a floor tile wax to restore the shine (It just eventually peeled and flaked and took forever to scrub off). This product restored it to it's orginal luster with no residue or flaking and it has been a few weeks and still looks like new. It was pricey than other products, but it did restore my matte tile to it's original beauty. I hghly recommend it.

This product simply works so easily without odor and almost effortless. We just built a feature wall with split face rock tiles that were very dry and chalky looking before brushing on the product. This job only took me about 1/2 hour. I have used this product on various projects for years and will never change.
