Hello purchase this I’ve been liking it. I accidentally melted the two containers on the back side of it in the dishwasher. I wanted to know if it is possible to replace just these two pieces. I’ll be happy to pay for the replacement. Thank you.

The rubber part it stopped to work, I'm very disappointed because I use this machine all the time and is so inconvenience that doesn't work because is just bought less than a month

We only had this machine for a month & a half & have only used it 6 times.We purchased August 7th, 2022 & we only had till Sept 6, 2022 to return. I was not aware.We don't use it often so we didn't realize we had to go through it all to see if it worked in such a short time. Only 1 function is working. I wish the seller would see this review to sent us a return authorization & send us a new one!

For me is cheap quality.

The machine is dangerous and bruises all if my clients. The suction is way too strong and not controllable. We turned it down to the lowest setting and it is still leaving bruises, no smooth glide or predictable suction. We have worked with different machines before and never had that problem. Pretty awful.
