It works, plain and simple! I normally use unscented deodorants, but the fragrance of Bussani, I find very pleasant. I have found my go to deodorant.

No need to fear Potassium Alum
Yes, this deodorant contains potassium alum. I remember my father, an ultra-natural health guy, using this in crystal form as a deodorant by in the 70's. This is not the same chemical compound as the aluminum which is found in most conventional deodorants. Potassium alum, in its hydrated form, has the chemical formula KAl(SO4)2·12H2O. Chemically it is a salt (note the mention of this in the product pictures). Besides its use in natural deodorants, it is also used in leather tanning, as a flocculant in water purification, as an ingredient in aftershave and as a treatment to fireproof textiles. Ancient Egyptians used it as a dye. Beginning in medieval times, it was used in medicine as a styptic pencil to stop bleeding from minor cuts. It is still widely used in baking soda and pickling. Unlike other deodorants, those containing potassium alum don't cover up body odor with fragrances or perfumes. Instead, the salt works to stop odor-producing bacteria from ever forming in the first place. As a mineral salt, it is naturally antimicrobial and antiseptic, which allows it to fight bacteria. That's why this deodorant really works.I had no issues with the roller ball applicator once I freed it with my fingers before using it.The fragrance is ok though it does not strike me as especially manly. In the product description it makes mention of "essential oils" a number of times. However, the ingredients only mention "fragrance." Normally this would refer to man-made fragrance, not fragrance from essential oils. However, since it is made in Israel, I can't really be sure.It does appear that there are some mistakes in translation on the label as it says "Roll the deodorant over the whole house number number for cover to cover." I have no idea what this might mean. This seems to be a quite effective natural deodorant. I would give it a strong recommendation.

It works good for a deodorant...
I've been trying various different brands of deodorants lately and thought this looked interesting. This is unique in that it's a roll-on. I'm old enough to remember when roll-on's were all the rage in the US - that was the 70's and early 80's. It was interesting to see this offered. I tried it on and was surprised that all the bad things I remembered about roll-on's, mainly that you had a big wet mess under your armpits, didn't happen. I'm not sure if it's because of the salt used or what. It was a pleasant surprise though. One thing I noticed was the lack of scent. It does have a smell, but very faint. I'm not sure how to describe it either - almost baking flour like. Personally, I like more heavily scented deodorants. At basically $14, this isn't the cheapest product out there either. But, it does seem to work - that's more than what many deodorants can say. Overall, I am happy with it.

This product has a few issues.
I gave this product two stars for the benefit of the doubt however was really debating a one star rating. Here’s why.1. Roller application does not work real well. Had to fight with it to get it going. Every time.2. Despite what some reviewer say this does look like it has aluminum in it. The main ingredient after water is Potassium alum. Within potassium alum, there is an equal amount of aluminum atoms and potassium atoms, in addition to the sulfate groups in the molecule.3. I picked up the one for “men” however I’m not pleased with the fragrance at all. It reminds me of hand soap I used to find in the shower room in the gym 20 years ago. (Personal preference when it comes to fragrance.)4. Their directions as printed on the bottle reads “roll the deodorant over the whole house number number for cover to cover.” (See photo). This does not provide me with much comfort or trust in this company. This product is handmade in Israel. Was trying to think through that phrase in a different culture to see if it made any sense but I still cannot come up with those directions working. Maybe I’m missing something. I was really excited about trying a product from Israel. This product failed in my opinion.

so far no issues
I have very sensitive pit skin. I can not use any brand name deodorant as it gives me a horrible itchy rash. I tried this for a couple days and had no issues. It does work at killing odor, but it does have a pretty strong scent in of itself. Not sure if I like the scent (lemon grass and lavender). The scent smells all day and does not faded. This could be good or bad. Time I'll tell if I develop issues.

Not Just for Men
Many women work hard, play hard, and enjoy the scent of patchouli as well, so this deodorant is not just for men. My wife and I both tested it, and we both really like it. I have been using natural deodorants more and more instead of antiperspirants, and I think it's the healthy thing to do. By convincing people that it is somehow embarrassing and therefore undesirable to sweat, antiperspirant marketers over the years have turned the sale of antiperspirants into a multibillion dollar industry. Since sweating is one of many ways the body gets rid of toxins, I personally prefer to let my body sweat whenever it needs to. That doesn't mean people have to run for cover whenever I raise my arm, however. This Bussani deodorant is a good product, it smells nice, and it gets the job done re odor control. Just don't go by the directions on the deodorant, which say, "Roll the deodorant over the whole house number number for cover to cover." Not quite sure what happened there, but I think we can all figure out how to use this product, regardless. This deodorant currently lists for $13.90, and since roll on deodorants tend to last forever, I think this is a good value.
