Beautifully crisp image!
I use this lens for my game streaming business and it captures a good majority of my room without giving it that fisheye look, and the image is a lot more crisp than my last lens provided. 10/10

AF Is Lacking For Video
I purchased this lens for wide-angle video work. I watched plenty of reviews, but no one seeming to spend much time discussing continuous autofocus for video - rather, mostly photography. And in that department it certainly excels. I took a chance and assumed that, since it was a Tamron lens, its AF capabilities would be at or near par with its Sigma and Sony counterparts. I was wrong. This lens has a difficult time following any subject when completely wide open at 11, 12, and even 14mm. It tends to deal a bit better at 16, but I've plenty of capable 16mm lenses - so this kind of defeats the purpose of the lens in my book for videography. The Tamron 11-20mm consistently pulls in and out of focus with face/eye detection enabled, and I've tried tinkering with various AF settings within my a6600 to no avail. I'm pretty disappointed given what I paid. Maybe a firmware update in the future will address this issue. It's also possible my unit is defective, though I don't see any physical signs of use or abuse (this was purchased brand new).

Was not sure about this lens, but I am starting to like it
I bought this lens to complement my other lenses. The widest lens I have ever had was the kit Sony lens, 16-50 f/3.5-5.6 PZ which is Ok until you try to do group photos. The Tamron 11-20 and Tamron 17-70 f/2.8 are now my two favorite lenses.

It's the ultra-wide I needed for my Sony A6400!
I bought the Tamron 11-20mm f2.8 lens because I wanted a quality, wide angle zoom lens, with good auto focus. And the Sony 10-18mm f4 lens seems a little long in the tooth, age wise.. This Tamron is the new hotness and I really like it so far.

Amazing Value
It's not the sharpest lens of this focal range but its still really good and overall the best value for the money in this range

Perfect wide angle lens
I bought this for my ZV1-E10, and it’s perfect. Lens has a great build without feeling too heavy. The focal length at 11mm is perfect when used with active steady shot in the ZV-E10. The kits lens is far too cropped in at 16mm with steady activated. I also love that this is a zoom lens. Very versatile with excellent image quality and relatively fast at F 2.8. Would I have preferred it to be a bit faster? Of course but that’s pretty tough to pull off with a zoom lens. Over all, very happy with this lens. A bit on the pricey side but there’s really nothing else out there in the Sony system that compares to the versatility, range and quickness of this lens.

Verdadero Gran Angular
Las imágenes son muy nítidas, es muy versátil por el zoom y un poco luminoso por 2.8, en los 11mm es muy angular y no hay tanta distorsión. Es un poco pesado y un poco grande pero de mejor nitidez comparado con el sony 10-20

Insanely good lens for Sony A7IV
I use this lens to get wide shots for the APSC mode on the Sony A7IV and this thing is perfect. Not heavy and the zoom does not knock my gimbal out of balance. Perfect for real-estate and filmmaking.
