Product was used to keep mosquitos away. Incense sticks worked pretty well: kept mosquitos away from one person; not so much the second person. Maybe it works better on male mosquitos, but females are more determined to eat us. Or different human blood types attract insects to different degrees. Anyway, incense sticks definitely smelled citronellaish and put out lots of smoke so worked as advertised.
