I have another "worry" ring that I just love and thought this one would be pretty, which it is. I found it to be nowhere near the size it looked in the photo online. It is quite dainty, so very good for small fingers. I have very long thin fingers and found that my thumb is the only place it looks right. It is cute and adjustable so you can easily play with it on other fingers.

The beads don’t move well so it really isn’t useful. Waste of $ IMO

They are cute and look like the image. Since I’m not used to a thumb ring, it kept getting caught on everything so it gave me more anxiety. I gave both rings to my niece.

I got this for myself since I have been having really bad panic attacks. I wear it everyday. It's small enough where it doesn't bother me but I know it's there to help me get my mind in the right place. I love it.

They’re effective. My friend and I stress at our job, so I got these for us. They’re fun, fashionable, and it keeps my mind occupied I guess. It’s flimsy but I can’t complain. I still wear it & use it.
