Colorado Star Thistle Raw Honey (10.5 ounce)

This was not nearly as YUMMY for me as other flowers’ flavors. It is VERY Sweet and the texture is smooth. So if you enjoy that type of honey, here’s your chance!!That said, this company has WONDERFUL items!! .... great choice of honey’s.

I really enjoy this honey, it's very thick and the flavour is just great.You can kind of taste the star thistle in the aftertaste. It goes fantastic with plain yogurt.Plus the glass jar is just... really pretty.However, the amount of honey you get for the price is something to consider.Buying from a local producer will most likely net you a LOT more honey for about the same price.

We got this for a wedding gift back in 2013 and i keep ordering it because it is a great flavor and texture.

I love this honey! It is so creamy and it has a great taste. My grocery store had it last year but now they don't carry it :(

This is the best honey I've ever had! The flavor is subtle but there: almost a cinnamon like taste to it, very rich and flavorful not floral. The consistency is very soft and spreadable, something between liquid honey and stiff whipped, perfect for easily spread on bread, crackers, pancakes. It's quite an unusual flavor, consistency and I've never been able to find any other companies that offered 'star thistle' (still not sure what is is!) so absolutely worth the price in my opinion.
