I used this to make hollendais sauce. It worked great. It is very powerful. It pulls very hard to the bottom of the container. I love this thing.

This is a very powerful/fast blend unit. I mostly got it for mixing the yolks for devilled eggs - but because it isn't liquid enough, most of the food stays inside the blender/blades. Worked great so no lumps, but time to clear it back out of the blades, and then trying to clean it after wasn't great. Works SUPER for more liquid type things like a shake or a smoothy, but that wasn't what I was looking for. I only used the low setting, and man it was MORE than enough - can't imagine what the higher setting would do!

I love my emulsion blender. Truthfully I use it for my cold processing home-made soaps. Makes my work so much easier and more controlled. Easy to clean up also. Handy dandy blended fancy!

I’m very happy with my purchase. I home make our meals most of the time. This immersion blender has two speeds and both are plenty strong to get the job done. I also love the color! It breaks down into two parts for easy storage and cleaning.

Seems to be a great little hand blender. Used for squash soup and it blended it well. I like that the whole blender portion is metal so that I don’t have to worry about using it in hot liquids- and the neck of it is long enough that it gets to the bottom of the pot without worrying about it coming up too close to the electrical portion. Got it on sale and I really like it!

I love making smoothies and this is perfect. I have a juicer but it never made enough because the containers provided are too small for my liking. With this I can all I want. Great for soups that need to be pureed. Very easy to clean. Perfect size to tuck away in a drawer rather than taking up more counter space. Two speeds, powerfulRECOMMEND!

Things I like:Great price, pretty turquoise colour, wand attachment is dishwasher safe, powerful motorThe only things I don’t care for is the blender blades do touch the base of my pan so it can scratch. You need to be careful with that. Also the wand would be better if it was a little bit longer.Still, I would buy again and recommend to others.
