Good but slow.
This tv has wonderful picture quality and colors. The set up is easy, any difficulties can be easily solved by online help, or customer services. The reason for the 4 star is that it is so very slooooow to do anything. Switching on is like waiting for an old valve set to warm up. When its on any response by remote control leaves you wondering if anything is going to happen...… will it? wont it? Yes it does in the end but you have to make sure you wait, do not press again. The negatives you can JUST about live with but after 3 months use it is already getting on my nerves. I have had my internet speed and connection checked incase it was that, but no. Shame.

Maybe I’ve just been lucky.
Despite the mixed review, I went ahead with buying this because My previous Panasonic 50” tv still works perfectly after 6 years, and the £575 price was pretty good for a 65” tv.So far no complaints. Picture quality is as excellent as I could have hoped for. The connectivity and apps have been so easy to set up, and work as quickly as I’ve been used to when using my firestick. As for the sound, well I’ve barely given it a thought. I’d imagine most people like myself that like a big telly have the sound going through some sort of soundbar or home cinema system. It took a few minutes to connect the sound to my Sony 5.1 system, but it was fairly straightforward, and now works perfectly. So I’m sure those people writing the bad reviews are 100% justified and had a lousy experience, and maybe I’m just off to a lucky start, but it has to be said I’m Very pleased with this tv, so don’t be too deterred.

Not a bad price
It's a super TV but they say it is heavy on electricity consumption so will have to see our bill end of this month. It also is not compatible with the subwoofer we have and speaker so that's a shame.

Happy Customer
Not one for writing reviews normally but felt like a positive review was needed as a bit of balancePicked up one of these recently in spite of the reviews regarding the smart features as we use sky q for pretty much everything so didn't expect it to be an issue. Very happy with the picture and even the sound is decent for a thin tv.The software updated on installation and I've used the smart features with no issue at all, all apps work fine and I've downloaded apps from play store to run IPTV which run perfectly. Maybe the update has solved the issues. For the price we paid I really can't complain

Panasonic Jx800bz 4K Led Tv
Very disappointed in this Panasonic tv, it takes at least 2 minutes to get a picture on screen when it does come on you can’t change channels for at least another minute. No Freesat either.I have always bought Panasonic,my lounge tv comes on straight away also Panasonic.

Panasonic tv 4k
Loved the way that the order for the tv was delivered in very quick succession. Excellent tv which is being used in a conservatory I am amazed at the tv adjusting the picture for the light being observed a great feature plus 4k an Android apps and freeview, well do I need to say more. The biggest let down is the crappy remote control unit which doesn't want to work with the tv come on Panasonic you could do more as the tv is great!!

Very slow and picture not that great
The user interface to access apps looks great and is easy to navigate but it’s so painfully slow and crashes a lot. Have to turn the tele off at the wall to restart it. Didn’t think the picture quality was all that great considering what was described
