Was hopeful that this would work out However, it very difficult to use the product. It's very sticky. It didn't matter if I heated or not. I wouldn't buy this product again!

The first time I ordered this wax I hated it and sent it back. After talking with a professional she explained that it was suppose to be sticky. She taught me the correct way to use it. Now that I know how to use it I love it!

The wax was super hard! Warmed slightly just to get it out easier but that didn’t still make the wax any easier to spread and no hair was removed.

I love this product! I used to dread waxing. This is such a convenient, effective, and safe way to wax. It has not ever been so easy to wax. Plus, it smells and looks good! I will be giving some out for the holidays!

I think this needs the strips/sticks to wax bc on its own it gets warm too fast on your hands and becomes a sticky mess, I'm going to order stirps and update later

My daughter is an experienced water and this wax left terrible burn marks that showed the following morning after using this product. Very disappointed 😞

Works great after one learns how to use it. The learning curve can be steep.

I tried my legs first just to see how it works before i even tried Brazilian & honestly this a big waste of money.

I followed all of the instructions and tried this multiple times and cannot figure out how to use it without it being an incredibly sticky mess! I tried it at room temperature, I tried heating it up in the microwave. It didn't matter, it was goopy and sticky and I couldn't get it off until I hopped in the shower. I tried baby powder, I tried wet fingers. It's like taffy, stringy and sticks to everything. What am I doing wrong?

I have made my own sugaring paste for years but after kid #3 I haven’t had the time to make any so figured I’d try this, worked perfectly & exactly like what I made but better! Definitely a technique to it but with a bit of practice it’s very easy to use. Will no longer be making my own!

Very hard to use and get from packaging

I did not like that given my cool bathroom I had to microwave to soften this wax. I have a 2-storey house and my microwave is downstairs. So I would put hot water in the sink and sit the bowl of wax in it to soften for 15 minutes.The idea of applying the wax against the direction of growth of hair tugs and is not pleasant in delicate areas. Once you get the hang of working the wax ball into a flat pad onto the hair, it removes beautifully, and I found less ingrown hairs than prewaxed strips. Also found my skin not as tender and feels normal much sooner after waxing with SUGR than prewaxed strips and other waxing products I've used before.
