My daughter loved that we use GoPro to film our races at the drag strip, and she mentioned it’d be great for snowboarding and snorkeling, so got it for her for Christmas and yup was just exactly the right gift, now I can see her having an awesome time doing what she loves

So far so good. Battery life a bit short. Get an extra one !

The camera works great, it's kind of annoying needing to download an app to change some settings. A single battery lasts less than an hour of continuous video recording, even with bluetooth, etc turned off, so bring lots of spares (this kit includes 1 battery and 1 spare).The camera can also run pretty hot. I haven't used it on a 90+ degree day, but I imagine the an all-black camera in an all-black case with no active cooling is going to like to operate in direct summer sunlight.

Bought for a Once in a lifetime trip to Belize. Leaked on first snorkel ruined no photos for entire trip. Don’t think I’ll trust refurbished ever again.

Bought it as a Christmas present for someone. After 2 solid uses that worked perfectly fine and made a great video, the 2 batteries that come with the camera are not charging. The camera says no battery when it is inserted and supposed to be charging. Tried all recommended troubleshooting from online forums, no success. GoPro won't send me replacement batteries because they can't ship them to me. I may not be eliglible for a replacement from GoPro even though there's a one year warranty, unless this business is an authorized GoPro dealer. So this feels like money thrown away and my other half is really disappointed because he really wanted a GoPro
