Love Love LOVE this item. I swim 3x out of the week and I was falling asleep to chlorine on my body which was super strong. This IMMEDIATELY took that smell, itchiness, and irritation away. However, please be warned. I didn't know and found out the hard way. When you're in the shower and place it on- it feels like mint/coldness for some reason, but then I wash my body with soap which helps after.

It moisturizes well with less chlorine smell. Helps keep skin soft.

This is added since my original review. It still doesn’t work for me but Joan from the company contacted me and offered (and completed) a refund of the product. They were all about excellent customer service. Though I would love to go to the hot tub and not be in “itch hell” for 3 days after, I do realize that not all products work for all people. That Trihard would reach out to me and work with me to make this right makes all the difference. I have developed a allergy to chlorine and pool chemicals and purchased this because it said it would cleanse all that off. So I have used it 3 times now, and the third time I lathered up and left it on, then applied again and figured that was enough, also doing this immediately after coming out of the pool. It is marginally better, but still itches in spots. So it isn’t horrible, just not great. I’ll keep using it as maybe I need to get used to it.

This is incredible after a swim. There is zero chlorine residue and it is very "natural" smelling and feeling. I was expecting something more "chemically", but it isn't like that at all.

This has been brilliant for me. I swim in a regular indoor chlorinated pool. Before using this the day after swimming I would be itchy no matter how much I moisturized after showering. I also could smell the chlorine through the day. However since I started using this it's made a world of difference. Not itchy at all and I never smell the chlorine after. When I run out I will be buying more. It does have a slight stinging sensation (really not extreme like it sounds its very very mild I just don't know how to describe it). Just like if you use tea tree type shower gel.
