These Batteries were stale. Smoke detectors found them too weak.
These batteries were stale and would not operate simple smoke detectors. I ended up replacing smoke detectors only to find out it was the batteries.

Good batteries with plenty of time left before they expire. I have seen frequent complaints about other 9 volt batteries that do not fit devices such as smoke detectors properly, but these fit just fine.
