Love these as I can put some support into my everyday shoes rather than using full orthotics

These gel pads offer no support what so ever. They were a waste of money.

These foot petals were too large for my arch.

I first discovered these in Las Vegas last year though I am sure they have been around for some time. I have very high arches and couldn't wear the really cute shoes and sandals because they didn't provide the support I needed. My feet would hurt and my back would ache within the hour of having shoes on. The saleswoman suggested these and I have been hooked ever since. I have a number of pairs for my favorite shoe, though with these, every shoe is a favorite pair! I only wish they would come in a totally clear (non)color option.

After suffering through plantar faciitus, arch support is key. I can't fit insoles into all my shoes, so these little foam supports do the trick. They are super comfy and make almost every shoe wearable again.
