It works great in my car, but my husband has a c.d. player that isn't on a slant like mine, so it wiggles it's way out. I had to rig it with a piece of non slip cabinet liner and it stays perfectly.

The installation is easy but the strength of the holder is not. This holder claims to hold my phone (Note 20 Ultra) yet, when I put it on the holder, the holder flops down and can't hold the weight. I have a small wallet on the back of my phone and this has worked ok. It's not super sturdy, my phone drops occasionally. If you don't have anything on the back this probably works well.

Easy to use but will slide out sometimes

I was worried about how this would look and work, but I used it for a 150 mile road trip without an issue! It stays cool because it's not on the dashboard. sturdy because of the lock, and I was so happy it was very close when I got a call. Bravo!

So far I really love this phone holder. It’s secure, and it makes use of my CD port which is otherwise unused. It’s put my phone in an optimal spot for GPS, easy to see while driving, but not blocking any part of the windshield. Only potential issue is that I have a wallet attached to my phone case, so it’s just a bit too thick (I think) for a snug fit. I still can use it just fine for local use. For longer drives, I just take my phone out of its case so that it fits in the holder more securely. So far I love it. Seeing other reviews, my only concern is whether it will stand the test of time. Will be updating my review if anything changes!

This phone holder was very easy to put together. I like the idea that it’s not attached to the window or clipped onto the dash. It can be easily adjusted to accommodate different sized phones and angles. The phone can be easily charged while in the holder.I wish that it didn’t protrude so far from the CD player. It would probably keep it a little more stable. Also, I wish that the back of it (where the back of my phone rests) was made of a different material so that it was easier to slide my phone in and out if it as I do not like adjusting the side holders unless I have to.
