I bought this after my favorite microwave mug hard wax was discontinued. I have been using wax strips which are great, but you need to use wax removal wipes and serum after. I decided to take a chance on this despite no reviews. Wow, I am so glad I did.The first time you use it will be a bit of trial and error on heating time when using microwave. Some of the beads jumped from the cup, so I loosely rested the lid on top. A minute and then 20 second intervals until spreadable. Test temperature on inner arm.I waxed my lip, chin, neck and eye brows. It pulled everything in one shot. I rewaxed one area and it did NOT rip skin or cause worsening redness. This is gentle and effective. I DID NOT USE NOR NEED A CALMING GEL OR SERUM AFTER.I will definitely purchase again!

This is not wax. Its plastic. It sticks and hardens. It doesn’t come off in a strip but in bits and pieces.🤮
