ASO EVO Ankle Stabilizer Brace (Small - Black) by Medspec/ASO Braces

I have a fractured ankle and was told to wear this brace at night to sleep. It as comfortable as it could be meaning it does what it’s supposed to, keep your ankle in position. It laced up which helps for a swollen foot and ankle. I bought one previously and it didn’t lace so I couldn’t get my foot into the sock. So a lace up is important.

This brace is very supported. I had foot surgery and after two months being off my foot I used the brace to begin back my walking and it supported my foot to allow me to get back to exercising . Well worth the money.

I have ordered 3 so far. I love that it is a fair price. It is a good fit for me, breathes well.( I wear mine while sleeping @ night to prevent foot drop; it is so comfortable & has really helped my pain management.

My husband has one of these for torn CFL and ATFL (ligament at the ankle area) causing him to roll his ankle repeatedly. I tried his before committing and other than it being too large for me, I felt it would work fine. He had another branded one that was not very supportive.Well I transitioned to this brace after my cast came off. It was comfortable and supportive without completely restricting my movement in the foot/ankle area while walking. The only issue I had was when I tried to wear my Sorel winter boots with it. It was too painful around my ankle. I tried to loosen the laces but it still hurt. Wearing shoes or other footwear that did not go over my ankle was fine with this brace. Now my husband wore his brace daily at work. His work shoes and winter work boots both went over his ankle and he did not have any issues with pain.

This is a great brace! It fits well, stays on, easy to adjust and easy to clean. The velcro stays sticky and it does offer the support it claims. I wear a size 5 womens shoe, and this fits perfect. It is a little bulky in shoes, but it does fit in most tennis shoes.
