One of the balls is missing to weight to down and 2 of the light up ones don't work because the batteries were already dead since it appeared to have been opened in the box it came in, which was inside another box. The tabs were pulled out which kept the battery from working. So, Since the tabs were out, it must have been lit up inside the package until they died. The pens don't have refills and don't have a pen on each end. So, I'm a little disappointed in it all. Especially since it appeared it was opened up before they put it in another box to ship it.

The three LED pens have somewhat dim LEDs that can’t be seen easily in daylight, but in the dark they look very cool. Additionally, the batteries on the ends provide extra momentum, and although the grip is poor, the mod itself is easy to spin and great for beginners because of the large diameter and length. The writable pens are much better than the LED pens. They come with weights, and the extra momentum makes the pen much easier to spin. The grip is also much better and the balance is very good as well. The writable pens are a surprisingly good pen mod for beginners that’s both cheap and capable of writing.

confused....three things that light up that don't write....two things that look like they should write from both ends, but only one end has a writing tip...these two things do not light up....returning this-- waste of money...

My 15 year old is having a blast with these....To me, a 57 year old, these things are useless!! Hahaha

Only 2 of these 5 pens have ink. the 2 that do have i was told had refillable ink. i see no evidence that these come apart without breaking. they also came with no instructions at all. the pens are also VERY FINE I almost felt like i was going to tear the paper I was writing on with it. I was expecting something closer to a standard ballpoint pen.
