Lamp is good.....but now it's charging jack is not working....as it is on warranty period...what to do next...how can I replace it ..

I have tried many lamps for my working purpose but this one serves the purpose pretty well. The light shades and options are amazing for better visibility at night without disturbing any one else in the room. Totally value for money and amazing product in terms of usage and weight.

Absolutely great product at this price. It has very bright light, its chargeable and doesn't require to much space.Product quality is also fine but it has touch buttons which might not work in future so consider that also.Overall good product

touches are too sensitive so it sometimes gets irritable

I liked the feature.

The media could not be loaded.  I like the bulid quality of this lamp. The clips are strong. One design that I didn't like is that the light dimming works with a long press. This doesnt stay in that dim level when you turn off and turn on the lamp. It goes to the brightest level everytime you turn it on. They should have a separate button for brightness levels and these settings shouldn't change when turned off and on. Overall I am happy with the bulid quality, usability, value money aspects of this product. Except for the thing with adjusting the brightness level.
