Missing part
There was a part missing from the order disappointed as I can’t use it until I can find a wrench this was the bit missing could the missing part be sent out to me

False advertisement
There is no rachet included just the spanner, it clearly says in the description rachet and spanner and shows photographs of the two. Intentionaly misleading!

Only the wrench arrived. No ratchet came with it even tho it says it in the description

Strong and does a good job
Not much to say on this. Helped with the removal and replacing of radiators in the house when painting needed to be done. I would highly recommend as it is well made and does not cost much at all. Painters can charge something like £20+ per radiator they have to remove. So removing your own for the whole house can save quite a bit of money and is not that hard to do.
