J. Rockett Audio Designs Tour Series Tranquilizer Vibe and Phase Guitar Effects Pedal

There is a bit of a learning curve to using this pedal. But when you see how each knob works, you begin dialing up very useful tones. I have 4 different phaser pedals, and this is my favorite. The MXR 90 is way too phasey with no way to turn it down if you need less. This one goes from subtle to obvious. I power all my pedals from a power supply so can’t speak to battery life though modulation pedals tend to bemore power hungry that others on your board.

The effect is mild at best, battery life is terrible. My Ibanez TS9+ stays on almost all the time when playing and the battery needs to be changed maybe once a month. After 3 hours of playing with this pedal on a brand new battery, the battery needed to be changed. I tried a second brand new 9 volt battery with the same results. Their Archer Ikon pedal had similar results. I don’t use power supplies or a pedal board because my pedal needs are very small. For how much of a pain it is to change the battery in a J Rocket pedal, I would’ve hoped the battery would last longer
