One Night Ultimate - Bonus Roles

I enjoy having so many new roles to add to various One Night games. You can create new strategies and combos that add more fun to the games. My only issues are that some roles are hard to use well, such as the Beholder and Aura Seer, and some role descriptions are too vague or mismatch the app. The Empath requires number tokens from Alien, and she watches select players point to others with a prompt like ”who smells good.” Also, the app fails to tell the Body Snatcher to look at their new card, and the instructions don't mention that it can steal from the center.My favorite roles are the Empath, Thing (That goes bump in the night), Family Man, and the Apprentice Tanner.The cards are excellent quality and benefit with sleeves, just like the rest of the sets in the series.

These are technically bonus roles... But most of the roles dont do anything. Theres like...4 or 5 cards that litterally have the ability to not be counted if they are voted against and make the next highest voted to be chosen(which doesnt make sense if it runs into another who cant be voted against either). There are only 5 roles that wake up at night out of the 16 bonus roles. Thats silly. 1 role does nothing as far as I can tell(the bystander - says it follows the normal bystander rules?!) 1 role is a repeat from the blob from the alien game(family man). 1 only does something if you have werewolves or vampires...I have the alien game. I hate to be so picky but it makes me feel like the only way to enjoy this expansion is to buy the werewolves(or vampire) and hero pack. But it still wouldnt account for the number of cards that just...cant be voted against. =/ This stinks because im a huge fan of the one night alien game that I have. The expansion says its compatible with all the games but a lot of the cards cant do anything without all the sets. I should have just bought another set.

You need a lot of people; we have 4 grandkids, so 6 of us playing at one time. That's about the least amount of people. The more people, the more roles you can add. We play whenever we are all together!

Fantastic addition to a great game series!!

My family loves this game. The expansion pack makes it even better. My teens beg to have game night with One Night. The cards are not thin or see through. They are actually quite thick and durable.
