Wood sofa cum bed
Very comfortable bed , quality was very good , and seller service was also good , delivery got on time

Could never get it assembled right.
Initially some parts were missing.On request, late but they delivered one of the plys + mattress. It was received by tenant as I'd vacated that place by thenCalled a local carpenter to assemble it but they couldn't do it completely due to some misplaced opening according them. It would keep falling off on the floor.Decided to keep it separate as mini sofas.Tenants also tried to get it fit right but couldn't.No comment on the quality or delivery but buying this was a wrong decision apparently. There are better options available in the market in the same budget.10/10 for the customer support though. If I myself were there would've got the assembly issue resolved over time through the seller itself.

Worth the price!
Love the look of the sofa!! Better than what we expected. Used it for 2 weeks now and the cushions are firm, the pull out bed works great and is spacious enough for two people. I would surely recommend it!

1. Good quality seasoned Sheesham wood is used.2. Grains on the wood are excellent.3. Polish on the wood is excellent.4. Mechanism/Concept used to convert this sofa to bed and vice versa is great.5. Foam used in the sofa is of best quality.6. Cover used over the foam is of good quality.Seller is very helpful, transparent, professional and cooperative :1. We asked seller to show the products(sofa cum bed) which are already complete, because we want it to deliver sooner also we want to confirm that whatever is shown, is the one which gets delivered.2. Seller tried his best in showing the product through pics and videos. When we asked for video calls he helped us in showing the product through video calls as well without any hesitation. Video calls really helped us in understanding the mechanism and smoothness of opening and closing of sofa cum bed.3. Seller also let us know each and every details of the sofa without hiding anything from us. He told us that the base of the sofa is a MDF not plywood. And they use either MDF or plywood based on the availability.4. After selecting the product, we are not happy with the cover of the foam. He step ahead and helped us in customizing the same by providing us at least 10-15 color options without any extra charge. We are really happy with the service.5. Delivery of the product is fast and smooth. Packaging of the product is good.Note : If you are planning to use/keep the the product in 1st or 2nd floor and you have less space in stairs and corridors like us then moving the whole package through stairs would be difficult. We will recommend that you split the the product into two parts which can easily be done DIY(simple nut bolt and screw) then it can be moved easily.Overall, Sofa cum bed, Seller cooperation and Delivery exceeds our expectation.
