Worked great on my RG6 quad sheild cable.

I purchased this tool kit because I was refinishing my basement and wanted to run all new Coax throughout the room. This made It easier to make custom lengths and that made the install look very clean. no wraps of coax tied up in a loop behind the components. nice clean runs right to the components. Would Recommend. Very simple to attach your own ends. You Tube tutorials worked great.

I bought this product thinking it would be do what I needed it to do, cut coaxial cable and put on ends. It does a nice job of cutting and stripping, but when putting the ends on, they don't seem to crimp them enough because they fall off. Very disappointing. If it wasn't for that, they would be great.

Bought this kit since none of my old F connectors or the new screw-on F connectors I bought on Zon fit my RG-6 coax. I have full foil wrapped, w/drain wire, regular sheathed coax. Nothing special like burial-capable coax. I'll use the too-small connectors for RG-59 jumpers. This new squish-on connector system works well. The connectors fit tight and squish-on pliers mounting device work great. The little yellow coax prep tool worked cutting the coax ok but the blade, used for trimming the jacket for removal, fell out when I tried it. After remounting the blade twice more (it snaps in place) it fell out twice more. I emailed the seller as per their card in the package. I got an instant response and they sent me a new trimmer immediately. I had it in two days! I tried it on one cut on my RG-6 coax and it worked the way it was supposed to work. The system and connectors will get a workout when my new whiz-bang UHF/Hi-VHF TV antenna gets here. The tools have to work when I'm up in that hot attic! Sitting up there with dykes and a knife mounting connectors isn't fun. The fast no-arguement response and tool replacement was what makes this seller and the product worth the $s. Much better system than crimp and screw-on connectors that don't fit my RG-6.

For the value/cost this kit was excellent quality better than I honestly expected. Used to rewired a whole house with zero issues with any of the tools nor the connectors. I would recommend to anybody who needs a great kit for small or really for any projects now or in your future. *****

I have replaced 4 ends on satellite cable and tool works good and ends are sturdy and compress tight onto the cable.

Saved time and cut fingers. Easy to use
