Perfect for those who aren't avid cyclists and using regular bicycle for general indoor exercise or rehab exercise. Setup does not require the use of the sqewer. Written instructions aren't the greatest, but most can get the jist from instructions/pictures. There is noise during use, this may be an issue for some.

The Saris was easy to assemble and connect to my wife's bicycle. The special adaptors fit perfectly, and the bike is very stable in the mount. The bike doesn't need any drilling or permanent modifications which will change the bike; the adaptors can be removed without doing any damage. The magnetic pedaling force works well, and it is easy to change the force by using a lever attached on the handlebars. In the Spring, it will be easy to disconnect the Saris from the bike so my wife can ride her bike outside.
