Plastic tape coating is 1/16th of an inch wide and NOT strong. Wire separates from the plastic tape while you use it. Some already separated on the spool. Worthless. Do not buy. The only good point, Too cheap to bother to return. Should have known better. You get what you pay for!

While one end of the wire protrudes from the coil, to use the package effectively you must REMOVE THE LABEL. Under the label is the correct end one must use. I had to "dynamically dissemble" the package before I could discover this. Fortunately Gorilla Tape managed to hold the pieces together, but it is aesthetically unsatisfying.

This product needs a short rod of some sort to go in the center of the reel this comes on. Without a center post, the product does not stay in a good "wrap" - but just slips out of round and you have the biggest mess you can imagine. The cutter works great. I ended up cutting several foot long pieces and some shorter and just put them in a baggie. I also put a bolt, washers, and a nut in the center so that you can pull out the twist tie without the whole thing getting unraveled. If this doesn't make sense, you'll find out if you buy the product. No objection to the product itself.

Totally useless to me due to it being tangled on the roll. Couldn't pull more than a couple inches without it jamming and the coating breaking off. I may try to break the roll and salvage what I can.

I've used it to organize wires and keep my little garden plants upright. The cutoff feature is fantastic as it allows you to control the length of each tie.I used to swear by Velcro straps, but they're a pain to take apart, especially in cramped spaces, and the noise they emit can be annoying. Velcro straps are still excellent for wire management, especially with cables that need to stay together, but twist ties have surpassed them as my new favorite. When the current spool runs out or is close to running out, I will buy another of these reels.
