I’ve tried all of the online vids on how to set it up & nothing has worked. Save up and buy a better machine. Don’t waste your time here.

Instructions on how to put this machine together is vital. One part that holds the machine in place doesn't look anything like the picture and, doesn't fit on top of the side pieces. My guesswork is a lot of putting things together and then taking them apart because they don't work there. Even step by step drawings would help tremendously. All I want to do is sew but, 2 days and I don't have the main part onto the base. It's really frustrating!

So, I was having difficulty with the motor, but I was given a partial refund by customer service and they stated they would be working on a newer version. The company listens to customers! They have been helpful and responsive to questions. My suggestion, contact the company and ask about changes and setup.

Very disappointed with this purchase. Spent weeks trying to get the tension right but never could get it to work. The thread will break every time. Tried several different threads that were recommended. I even followed a couple Youtubers who had purchased the same machine to get help. The mounting is not secure enough for the motor. When you press down on the petal the machine bounces all over the place. There is little to no variability in speed. I have owned several leather sewing machines including a Tippman boss. So I wasn't expecting the machine to be perfect for the price. But as is this machine is just a heavy paper weight.

Only usable in a 270 degree arc. Presser foot actuator does not make contact in the direction to sew away from operator

1st one delivered didn’t have the drilledMounting holes lined up to work ….They sent a replacement that then wouldn’t work properly, the needle couldnot catch the bobbin thread - no matter how many adjustments…Very disappointed..The packing job is terrible - the inside box is ok with the padding . But that box inside the larger box needs padding as well or the 40 pound package slides and breaks through the outer box ..Just a waste of time - very annoying… I really would have liked To be able to use this product..

The machine arrived with the paint already flaking and multiple dents on a few of the components. I tested out its operation and “figured oh well at least it works”. I thought that would be the end of it until I started trying to assemble the mount stand that came with it. WHOMEVER DRILLED THE HOLES NEEDS THEIR HEAD CHECKED!!! Every single pre drilled hole in the metal base was off by over 1/2” in every damn direction! I shelled out the extra cash explicitly to AVOID having to build a stand from scratch and ended up having to do so anyway! Buyer beware! Make sure you have good metal bits to correct nearly every hole on the stand, and don’t hold your breath on the condition of the machine either. I’m fairly early in my leather working to justify buying a more expensive machine, but the best I can say about this is “at least it works”
