G-Shock[Casio] Watch G-Shock G-LIDE GBX-100NS-4JF Men's Gold

I hated to recharge my smart watch every few days. This one should last at least a year. Casio was never able to make an easy to read digital or analog/ digital watch light even though cheap <$20 watches could. After 25 years they finally did. Wish the count down timer had 1/10 seconds and maybe they will in the future. It’s light, has many excellent features that I use daily. Really easy to read. Classy but rugged design.

Loved this watch but couldn't figure out why the tides weren't right. Turns out Casio uses an algorithm to determine tides rather than actual tide data. In some regions this may work well, but others have very complex tides that the algorithm can't get right.Unfortunately, this was the only reason I bought this watch as it determines when I go on beach walks so had to return it and bought an apple watch which has been great.

Everything I wanted in the watch. Also to top it all off it is water resistant.

I love my G-lide G-shock because it looks good, it’s cool and functional. Meets all the needs I seek in a watch and data app. Key points for me are the fitness monitoring data connectivity which provides prompts that mean I don’t miss a call or appointment.
