Someone’s review on here stated that it doesn’t have metal rings like the factory gasket but there wrong absolutely identical to factory gasket. Fit my 04 duramax perfectly. And same goes for filter. Upon arrival I was thinking I needed to go to the parts store to get a rubber washer for transmission drain plug but when I opened the box there it was.

This kit is trash. Gasket isn’t GM, it’s thin rubber. Leaked from install and I had to pull the pan and pay for another gasket.

A perfect replacement part! You can't go wrong. I used my original pan seal as this one looked like it would work but the original was still in good shape and it was a bit thicker.

Fit on my 2013 Chevy Silverado 2500 HD Diesel . Filter is ok. Gasket is junk.

Kit is fine, but the OE pan gasket is far better than the flimsy flat rubber gskt provided. I threw it out and re-used the orig.

It looked like the original Allison parts I removed. It fit perfect and believe it or not the transmission shifts very smooth now so maybe the original filter was somewhat plugged? I could not tell by looking but I did not cut open. So far I like it. I think I would buy again, great price!
