Great quality and comfortable
Great quality! The suede is very good and does not requir brushing as often as some other brands. The straps were a little tight at first which is good since they are leather and will mold to your foot. I reccommend wearing them for 30min at a time until broken in, which should only take 5 hours or so. Very comfortable heel height, I actually find these more comfortable than flats! Good for teaching if you have to wear dance shoes for a few hours at a time. These are not the first bloch shoes I have ordered because in my experince they last a long time!

extremely pleased
I don't normally wear shoes when I dance, but age and old injuries finally caught up with me. So I bought these to raise my arches a little and I have to say, its a little weird for me dancing in shoes but, once I started moving around in them and getting a feel for them, I found that my balance greatly improved and I just felt stronger in my executions. I am happy. I am actually looking to by the tan color. My dance teacher ended up buying a pair too.I went a up half a size from my street shoe size and the fit was good.

Darker Than They Appear Online
I wear a size 6.5 and my foot is quite narrow. I ordered size 7 and 7.5. Size 7 (7B as stamped on the shoe) is a perfect fit. The 7.5 was way too long and wide. Kept the 7, returned the 7.5 (no cost for shipping or returns). The shoe is made in China, quite comfortable, and seems to be made of high quality materials. It provides a silky smooth slide across the dance floor. No sticking. The shoe comes in only two colors; Natural and Black. The “Natural” color is darker than it appears online; instead of a tan color, it is more of a light brown. It would be nice if Bloch would add other color options (ie Gold, silver, blush, pink, navy, red, etc). Other than the lack of color options, I love this shoe.

SUPER comfortable. Have worn them for a few hours at a time for salsa dancing and Argentine tango, and they've never bothered me. I have some difficulty with my balance due to health reasons, and this heel is perfect for me for stability. I have this shoe in both the black and the natural color. Not the "sexiest" shoe, but attractive enough, and super comfortable.

Awful Quality
I got these shoes specifically to dance WCS and while I had high hopes for them, those hopes were quickly crushed. First and foremost, they are not true-to-size. I wear an 8.5 US street shoes and had to order these in a 7.5 in order to have them fit snuggly like they should. My foot width is pretty standard, and while they were slightly tight at first, they did stretch a bit. Next, the color is much darker than what the photo shows. They're closer to brown than beige. Last, and the worst part: the quality is awful. After two times dancing In them (on dance floors), the heel is already separating at multiple corners. Since they’ve been worn, I can’t return them, but I’d highly recommend choosing a different brand because these were a huge waste of money.

Width not as expected
I bought these in silver and they fit perfect so I bought the black version and when I got them, they were really narrow... I put shoe stretchers on them and they fit perfect now. I love the size of heel for all occasions not just for dancing..

The right shoe was fine, so it might just be the difference between ...
I've been dancing in these for almost two months now, sometimes up to 20 hours a week (West Coast Swing, primarily). They have held up well, and I will probably order another pair once I've worn them out, although I don't expect that to be anytime soon. The only downside for me- the left shoe rubbed a sore on my big toe for the first week or so that I wore them until they broke in a little and my toe got a little callus. The right shoe was fine, so it might just be the difference between my two feet and might not be an issue for anyone else.Update 5.13.18- one of the straps broke on my left sandal today, which is the first issue I’ve had in over a year. It is definitely possible to fix it by having them re-soled, but I think I will buy a new pair. Although I’ve loved these, I think sandals with a wider strap will be more comfortable for late night social dancing at events.

Bloch Quality Has GREATLY!!!!!!! Declined
I have this shoe is a beige color purchased many years ago (15+) as a practice shoe. I am still using it. It held up really well to being resoled several times over the years. I needed a low-healed black dance shoe, so I ordered this one. I knew it ran small so I ordered a 7 instead of 6.5. I always wear a 6.5 but took a 7 in this shoe before. That was the right choice, but these shoes are not properly made. Right shoe fits well. Left shoe is loose because the straps are not properly attached and are crooked. Toe opening on left is larger that toe opening on right. The shoes just do not match. Also the arch support on the these shoe is hard and uncomfortable. My old Blochs were comfortable the first time I put them on and still are. I am disappointed. Bloch needs to pay attention to Quality Control. Also, this shoe is also more narrow than my previously Blochs and the quality and construction are not as good. Too bad.

Good quality dance shoe for those that can't/ don't want to wear high heels.
Great shoe- seems to be decent quality and allows me to keep dancing when I can no longer wear high heels.

Nice dance shoe but very small!
This shoe would work for dance if you have a small, not wide foot. They should offer wider sizes, I so wanted to keep these but the last strap pinched my foot very badly. Order 1 size up for sure, but if you have a wider foot, these will not fit.
