Dr. Brown's Natural Flow Wide Neck Storage Travel Caps Replacement, 4 Count

I can't live without these caps. When we were using  Dr. Brown's Options Narrow Bottles  I bought the corresponding caps ( Dr. Brown's Travel Caps ) after getting fed up with leaks from Daddy leaving not fully closed bottles in the diaper bag and the messes I had to contend with - which were far worse than the baby makes. These caps were the answer to my problems.When we switched to the new options glass bottles:  Dr. Brown's Options Wide Neck Glass Bottles  - it just made sense to purchase the caps for the reasons stated above. They are equally necessary and I couldn't live without them. They fit perfectly and make a tight seal with ZERO leaks.I did read a few complaints about not being about not being able to fit them over the inserts. However, it is of my personal opinion that you should do all your shaking and stirring BEFORE putting your inserts in. That's how I do it for my baby anyway. We keep the inserts out until the bottle is totally ready.During the day we use the  Dr. Brown's Formula Mixing Pitcher  - keep it in the fridge - stir with the pitcher stirrer, pour, heat, put in inserts then assemble rest of bottle. At night we take a bottle or two and pour the formula in and cover it with the caps. We store the bottles in this AWESOME portable mini-fridge in the nursery:  Uber Chill Mini Fridge . We heat the bottle then do the same thing with the inserts and assembly. Same thing for on the go with room temperature water. We carry the inserts and nipple/rings in a ziplock if the bottles are pre-filled and it's really not the end of the world or reason to remove a star.I prefer it that way because it reminds me not to shake the bottle with the inserts in which has always been a problem for me the few times I tried to do it. I think they are just very subtle but clever people over there at Dr. Brown's ;)Now if you guys could only find a way to make Daddy stop losing the caps....

If you're planning on traveling with your widemouth Dr Browns bottles, you need these. Ours were leaky with the normal valve and nipple installed while traveling. The smaller Dr. Brown bottles have these or a "travel disc," which works well and uses the normal bottle top, but they don't make the travel disc's for the new widemouth bottles. If you have widemouth bottles, just buy these.

These lids are perfect for using in conjunction with the Dr. Browns wide neck bottles to store my breast milk. I didnt have enough to go with all of my bottles so had to buy more. They should include one of these with each bottle. They are sonuseful and make milk storage so easy! Its easy to just twist the cap off, warm up the bottle, put the nipple on and you're ready to go. No need to transfer milk from bag to bottle!

Fits Dr. Brown's Wide Neck bottles as expected. These are great for travel to keep milk from spilling. They are also very useful for mixing formula in the bottle; without them, I find putting a finger over the nipple just makes a mess. These are much better and easy to use.

Kind of need these caps if you have the bottles. Not sure why the bottles don't just come with these caps but they got my money anyways. Work as any cap should. Would be hard to mess up a cap.

These are awesome and so convenient for mixing formula when I was supplementing. Now I'm exclusively breastfeeding and the lids are good for throwing the bottles in the diaper bag and not having to worry about leaking.

These are great if you are traveling and have to bring milk with you. The little caps that come with the bottle work ok but never liked the idea of haveing the little tube in the bottle for that time. I typically put the bottles with milk in a lunch back with a ice pack to stay cool for an extended period of time. The only thing I wish is for them to be included in the bottle packs but other then that they are great.

Fits the wide neck bottles perfectly. No leaks if screwed on correctly which is not hard to do. Highly recommended for mixing up formula and taking bottles on the go.

Product great but took too long to get to me

Would give 5 stars but postage speed of weeks is just too slow.Fit tight. Easy to unscrew. Wish I bought them from the get go and not waited as the bottles will overflow and spill, even if kept upright during travel with the green air vents inside. Would NEVER go back to any other bottles after seeing how well the Dr Browns system works. The Dr Browns system i believe, will be standard in the future for all baby bottles. My now 12 month old has never suffered colic or wind due to using these bottles from birth.
