My iron went up
I quit eating meat, am on chemo and wasnt supplementing my iron w food so my iron dropped. My dr suggested Ferrex, but it has a lot of artificial colors, so found this. My hemaglobin went up from the 10s to the 11s in a few weeks! I haven’t had any stomach trouble. I take it at bedtime. Taking iron w C helps absorption and avoid calcium or tannins at the same time (like coffee or tea) when you take it. I felt a lot better too! Glad I found this. I don’t take it every night now that my iron is up, only when I haven’t eaten good sources of iron that day or to keep it boosted.

Don’t waste your money!!
Good price but after using for a couple months my levels have have gotten worse!!! Going back to the Ferrex capsules!
