Q: What size are the hoses so I can get the fittings i will need

1/2” hose comes in box. I got 1/2” hard line to 8 an fittings and 8 an braided hose to run instead.

Q: 2004.5 RAM 2500 5.9 24V Can anyone lead me to a set of AN lines to go directly from trans to cooler, & back?

You can make your own line with parts available from Amazon or other on line source.

Q: I have this but mine didn't come with the bypass valve can I get a bypass valve anywhere

I just used my stock bypass valve that came on my truck, or you could probably get one at any auto parts store. Or probably from Amazon.

Q: Does the unit still have a lifetime warranty even with the damaged box?

If you don't visual see any damage on the cooler. It should be okay. It's just a box. I had a extremely small imperfection on mine. I spoke with customer support. I sent them a picture. The response was it's just fine. Good customer service.
