My toddler broke a leg and needed a cast shoe to walk. It is difficult to find this in local pharmacy. After comparing different options on amazon, I decide to buy this. I measured his cast and ordered size m according to the width of his cast. The shoe is longer than he needs but he can walk with it just fine. It is holding well in his walking and crawling. I spot cleaned it once when he dropped food on it. It still looks like new after 3 weeks of use.

Impossible to fit over a 3 year old's slim cast. Even if it did fit the poor quality make me doubt it would last a week. Avoid

My boy was with a cast right up to his hip, this gave him the ability to stand without slipping and even waddle around a little bit.It's a good quality product, I ordered this and another type, and while both were usable, this was more of "the real thing".Do check with your doctor that it's recommended for your kid to stand, every situation is different.

My daughter wears a 1 in kids and I bought a large. It fits but it only came with one boot and I thought it was one pair in the pack. So I just ordered another boot.

The fit was great for my son with a size 9 shoe. He didn't have a cast so he did have to wear two pairs of socks for it to fit tightly which is probably recommended for extra support.
