I love to use this product. It’s gentle on your eyes. Cleans my lashes-does what it is supposed to do.

I really like this product. Works easy & gently on lashes.

This one is the only one that doesn’t burn my eyes that bad . The brush is okay nothing special . I haven’t noticed a difference in my retention but I buy it because I like the formula of the lash bath.

The product was fine . The customer service was terrible. I will not buy any product from them again because of customer service

Great product. Comes in cute pink packaging. Came with a pink fortune cookie, & lash tweezers that were complimentary. Love it. 💕

1st time use very comfortable no irritation/sting no fall out at all unlike previous salon sold shampoo which always stung my eyes and had crazy fall out and this product was less expensive! Only reason I didn’t give it a 5 star is because I have to wait and see how this product does with my retention/ long term use. Other than that def. RECOMMEND!

I bought 2 other lash cleansers when I bought this one. I thought this would be my favorite, but it was my least favorite. It did not take off my eyeshadow and even when trying to clean the brush with the foam, it wouldn't even take it off the brush. One pump of the other cleanser and it came right off the brush and my eyes extremely easily. It's gentle, but doesn't remove eye makeup. And all I had on was shadow...returning.

The team at LivBay Lash that deals with customer service is absolutely outstanding! When I first received my package the brush was damaged. I contacted them and they immediately sent out a new brush, apologizing for the inconvenience. Both times the packaging was so cute and neatly packed! They definitely care about their customers. I also love this product, it helps me remove any excess makeup that I may have missed on my eyelids. Not too mention how amazing the cleanser smells!
