Save yourself. Don’t buy this watch. I opened it wore it for 2 hours then put it on my dresser. The next time I put it on it was dead. I let the watch charge in sunlight for an hour (it claims to charge in 2 minutes) the best it could do it spontaneously ticking the second hand. It now won’t charge or keep time.The company said it is out of its 30 day warrantee and won’t do anything

I purchased this as a gift for my daughter. I have the same watch in Orange and just love it, which is why I bought another for her. I have piles of very good watches. I have thought about bringing them to someone to get the batteries replaced but had a very good swiss watch destroyed by a local jewler. I also do not want to have them all repaired at the same time and watch them run down at the same time.Not a fan of disposable culture, I have tried many times to find a watch which would last. I bought a seiko automatic. It lasted 3 months. I bought a pair of citizens for myself and my husband. His worked, mine never did.The One Eleven has been working fine since I bought it, about 6 months ago. It has not gotten a lot of sun or a lot of use since I have been home, but it is still running after one day in my yard. It started to run a little slow so I put it under a reading lamp for a few minutes and it is back to running just fine. It is easy to set and easy to wear, light weight and comfortable It is also very well made. One Eleven is a Fossil company. I personally like these better than their limited edition solar, because while their bands are colorful and ecoloigcal, I have read reviews which say they are very scratchy. These are not. They are silicone and very comfortable to wear.I just wish that they made more colorful watches. This was the last available when I shopped for my daughter. We are both all set for now, and I did purchase it hoping it would last longer than the others. SAo far,m they have. I really like this line. It is fun, functional, comfortable and works betterr than any eco watch I have had.

This is the 3rd One Eleven (111) watch I have purchased from Amazon. All 3 of them are great. I think I won't purchase a battery operated watch again. During this pandemic, I have found that solar is great as all the batteries in my watches have stopped and getting somewhere to get them replaced has been difficult.Unfortunately, in shipping, the box was terribly crimped and I almost could not get it opened. Perhaps it should have been shipped in a cardboard box and not a padded envelope. If it had been other than a gift to myself I would have sent it back. Hopefully it will not affect the function. Truly disappointed in the shipping department at Amazon. A first for me, and if you could see my shopping history you would see that I have had LOTS of experience with Amazon shipping. Thus the loss of a star.Update. I am returning the watch. It doesn't consistently keep time. I am not sure if it is something that happened in the shipping mentioned above or if it because it is made of plastic. The second hand will just stop. I try by pulling out the stem and pushing it back in but it doesn't seem to help. Then I will look at it again in 5 minutes and the second hand is moving. I really like the other 2 watches I have purchased from this company but this one just didn't seem to be something that would hold up.

This is a really nice light goodlooking watch. However it was advertised by Amazon as having a date function. There is no date function on the watch and after checking with the manufacturer, I have determined that there is no date function on this model. I did advise Amazon of the incorrect advertising- zero response, not greatly impressed

I have a large watch collection and wanted something unique. I like the concept of a solar watch as I own two Citizen Eco-Drive timepieces. I also like that this was made in part out of recycled materials. I bought this mainly because of these reasons but also because I liked the orange and blue color combination.Upon receipt of the watch, the second hand skipped every two seconds. This was remedied by charging the watch in direct sunlight for two hours. Some reviewers have mentioned this. If you are just taking it out of the box, the battery is probably low due to lack of exposure to light. Before sending it back, try charging it in sunlight.The watch keeps time well and is a great addition to my collection. I like the color scheme and efficient design of this watch. The strap is unlike any of my other timepieces and holds on well to my wrist. It will be an excellent casual summer watch. I recommend this product.

Began losing time the first day. Exposed it to more light. Lost more the next day, and each day thereafter. Perhaps the makers are dumping an older model than the one reviewed in Wired magazine. Wouldn't try them again.

A good looking solar watch. The band, though, is not very secure due to its Velcro material. In rigorous use— like sports — it may slip open. (It happened to me once). I found that if you really press down hard on the Velcro, it seems to hold better.

Light weight and look awesome every person ask what kind of watch is . The only thing bad is the minute needle is miss place with the our mark otherwise for the price can’t complain in solar watch.
