Thorntons Summer Chocolate Selection 270g - Limited Edition Gift Box

When I received this product it had all melted and looked very unappetising.I bought them for a friend who loves this particular box of chocolates.Pretty embarrassing when he opened the box to a lump of congealed choc! Unfortunately to get a refund or replacement I needed to send the item back and that just didn’t seem worth the hassle so the items been binned!It had been very warm for a few days before I received the package to be fair so maybe it just wasn’t a great idea to order chocolate in the summer!Have now gone direct to thorntons to order at a fraction of the cost!

Sadly because of the hot weather the chocolate had melted,

We gave this as a gift to a colleague on their leaving do.When they opened it there was clearly one chocolate missing - very embarrassing!

I needed to order a gift quickly so didnt do my homework first. The design of the box was very attractive and selection of chocolates very moreish. However, i was disappointed to receive the box slightly damaged and the chocolates rolling around loose inside. To add insult to injury i found that other suppliers are charging £8.50 for the same product.

Really hacked off and wish I read the other reviews 🙄 Buying these chocolates as a last minute Birthday pressie filler… god I wish I saved myself the embarrassment!! I made 100% sure to keep these in a cool place before wrapping so I know it wasn’t me… clearly my experience is in-line with others delivered by amazon. Avoid gift chocolates from these guys at all costs!

What a lovely gift these chocolates make. I sent them for a birthday present and the recipient was very pleased

Quick delivery but they turned up melted and inedible. Shame because they sounded lovely
