Great back brace overall, in fact, it would be perfect if I was significantly taller (I am 5'6"). I get lower and mid back pain, so I figured a taller brace would be beneficial, but when I bend over the bottom of 3 out of five supporting braces that run vertically down the back pop out from under my jeans or shorts, then when I try to stand back up straight, I get resistance to and I have to fiddle with it to get the brace back under my waistline.Great support, wide and strong elastic and good velcro, just need to be tall(ER) to use properly.

I would recommend this belt to anyone who has a back problem. I have suffered back pain for many years due to partly collapsed disc in my back. The pain kicked in at the beginning of February 2023 and this time just didn't seem to want to go away resulting in Sunday 5th June I was in absolute agony all day not being able to do anything, had ordered this belt on the Saturday and at just after 5 in the afternoon Sunday it arrived, well the relief was amazing, it was just wonderful. Therefore take the risk buy it, it really does work.
