The media could not be loaded.  We received this couple days ago and my 6yr old daughter used it right away. I assembled it for her then she added bananas and milk for her smoothie. She’s so proud that she can make it herself. It’s easy to use and clean afterwards. It’s powerful as well, took her a minute to prepare and make smoothie by herself. This will be her personal blender from now on

The product works really well for blending protein shakes instead of using a shaker cup. Easy size to keep in the office. Can blend frozen fruit or ice but only in small pieces. If you have a mini ice cube tray that works best. Overall good value! Included reusable straws and cleaner brush which is a total bonus!!

Constantly cuts off. Charged the blender overnight for 14 hours and it didn't blend for more than 5 seconds then indicated it needed charging again. I'm sending it back. My nutribullet does 1000 times better. However, that isn't portable. I'd rather blend and transfer than to deal with this product. I'm definitely returning it.

I have bought other portable blenders on Amazon, but this one was by far the best.

Unfortunately this does not work as described. It does not crush all the ice( I use the small store bought). There are always chunks left. The instructions state to press button twice to start. It does not always start on the second press. I have made sure it is charged between uses. I hate that sometimes I have to press start button numerous times to get it to start. I will say it does clean itself. I would not recommend this product.

This little blender is awesome! It was so easy to use, works great at blending and it’s plenty big in terms of servings. I love that when you are done you can turn it upside down, unscrew the bottom cap where the blades are and drink right from the container like a large cup. It charges very fast and the clean up is so simple. I’m very excited to use it at work.

Got this as a gift for my sister and her boyfriend they are on a weight loss journey and love being able to take their protein shakes on the go! My sister said she could use it right out the box no charge needed right away! Saw similar items on shelves and you can’t beat the Amazon price!

I didn't understand why my blender is taking less than half an hour to charge (the package says that it takes 3- 5 hours) and it is enough for one use, like 20 s, it is not enough for 20 uses as it says. So, I have to charge it again for the next use. It is not bothering me, I just hope it is not bad for the battery long term. Overall I like it very much.

I have been using this for a few months now and I am still so happy with this blender. It's convenient to have at work or take when I'm traveling. It's more powerful that I thought. It crushes ice and frozen fruit very well. It does need to be charged between uses more often than what the description claims but that is not a deal breaker for me at all!

Charged up fully as per instructions. the charging is the only thing I can confirm worked. Upon first use, no luck, would not turn on. Returning for refund. Will not attempt to try another.
