Good way to learn about your family

Easy test to take, unfortunately might cause drama if your parents have been lying to you. But you deserve to know for sure.

Great deal for the product. Having fun seeing who are my ancestors are. Still waiting for results from my saliva sample. We'll see if who I have included in my family tree is accurate.

An interesting experiment in genetics.However, I'm frustrated with aspects of this being set in stone when the results aren't correct and I have no means to correct them: e.g. the genetics stated I can't roll my tongue (you know, the one thing that's genetic that both parents have to be able to do or you can't), I can, and it also said I should like cilantro, which tastes like the foulest soap to me, besides missing complete countries that have appeared in other DNA tests I've had.Luckily, it was Black Friday deal or knowing how much of a variant I'd end up with, I never would have done the testing. The testing did confirm a great deal of the paper trial I already had, which also aligns with portions of the other DNA testing (within reason), so there is that. And the database is quite nice to compare other notes I've had, but.Genetic testing has a long way to go and this proves exactly how long. Until each testing company can go and get their markers together to get roughly the same results, the entire notion will be flawed. Scientifically and historically speaking.

Ancestry DNA lost my first test kit results,lost my phone got another Ancestry said never heard of me when tried to reopen App. So bought another kit and going to try again.

It was quick, it took a couple of weeks. I didn't like it needs a subscription. I have made a family tree that I will have access to as long as I pay. The results were kind of confusing, it listed parent 1 & 2 it does not which is which. It told me some areas of where my family came from but didn't tell me we who it was who came over to America. It ask alot of medical history not sure why.
