It’s a thing of beauty
Someone said that their hat was a bit creased when it arrived but mine was boxed and packaged really well. It arrived from the US to the UK in perfect condition. It’s a really lovely thing and I’m thrilled with itI have a largish head and the M/L fits snuggly but comfortably

Great hat, shipped in a plastic bag though
The hat is fantastic, however it was shipped and delivered in a plastic bag and the crown was crushed and had some dents. If this happens to you, I would recommend heating the crown from inside the hat and then putting it on your head. This almost completely removed any dents. Otherwise, love the hat!
