My friend has been telling me about dry skin brushing forever so I finally decided to try out these gloves.OMG – these are awesome! At first I was really confused by the shape and the fact that three of the fingers are together, but it seems to be designed that way on purpose - it made rubbing my skin all over very convenient. The experience was great! My skin felt so soft and smooth and invigorated. You can feel your blood flow increasing as you are massaging your body. They feel soft and yet have the little knobs that feel like they are getting all the bad stuff out of skin or under your skin. You can even see the dead skin coming off. I guess that’s why they say they exfoliate and reduce cellulite.Also, when looking for these I saw that some gloves were reviewed as being tight and/or short. These seem to be made so that elastic is tight enough to stay on, but it also has plenty of room for someone with a bigger hand.Separate from the gloves themselves I really liked the insert that provides detailed instructions on how to go about your Ayurvedic Massage and I thought the eBook was a nice addition. I dabble in essential oils and it’s nice to have a reference guide and some recipes.All in all, I am glad I have something to help me feel healthier and to pamper myself. Highly recommend these.

These raw silk gloves fit my medium-sized woman’s hand very well, except the thumb is a tad tight for my stubby thumb. I guess that one size does not fit all, but probably fit most. On the personal side, I really love dry brushing with these gloves. So much gentler than natural or nylon brushes. Yet they are effective. They feel like they help remove dryness itself, since the tiny flakes of skin are lifted and removed. They look funny if your are used to mitten design gloves, but they are ingenious in design and shape, and I love that they are made of raw silk. I’m so glad I bought these gloves!

I have been using these gloves for three weeks and just had to write a review. I've been looking for "Goldilocks" exfoliating product for a while. Everything that I had bought before was either too harsh and irritating, or did not work at all. These gloves have exactly the texture I was looking for-- rough enough to exfoliate dead skin, but soft enough not to irritate the tender skin under. Even my teenage daughter noticed a difference in my skin! Naturally, now I have to order a pair for her. Glove design is also very comfortable-- it gives you more precision than a mitten (I use pointing finger to get into smaller creases of the skin), yet you do not need to struggle to fit the pinkie into the last slot.Love the product! I am actually planning to order it for several of my friends as a holiday gift.

Very good quality for the price. The gloves offer a gentle exfoliating massage before morning shower. They are one size and rather large but the elastic band holds them in place perfectly. I’m new to Ayurveda but loving this addition to my daily routine for the past few months!

I purchased these gloves by a friend's recommendation and I am very happy with them. They arrived quickly, which was nice. I used them as described in the instructions, for dry massage before shower. The gloves are a perfect balance of soft and coarse for a dry massage. They are made of quality material and feel well made. I especially like the separate pocket for the index finger, which allows for wider range of movement and a better massage. Overall, I am happy with my purchase.

I think the experience of doing the Garshana massage should be a pleasant one and I am so happy that I got these gloves and use them as part of my health routine.I have noticed that my skin looks much shinier, more polished – younger! I also feel so much more energized after going through the Garshana routine and if I do it often enough I feel better overall. My circulation is improved, energy level is higher.These are a lot easier to use than the brushes. Also will be great for traveling they weigh nothing and take up no space.The gloves themselves seem to be well made. Sturdy. Material has a nice feel to it, but also kind of nubby which is what you need for them to work. They fit comfortably too. Actually, my daughter wanted to use these and she has a much smaller hand, but the elastic is wide enough that they stayed put on her as well.There are lots of these on the market today. I picked these because I liked the idea of getting something “extra” with it and these came with a free eBook. It’s an easy reference on how to use essential oil, so I thought that was a nice bonus as well.Would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking to improve their skin / health or just pamper themselves.

The body brush is better. The gloves are okay for a quick rub but not thorough enough.
