This DSP is one of the best for the money you adjust everything from your phone and what more can you ask for?

Finally Installed the DSP over the weekend. (5/6/23). Game changing. I used to sell Audio Control EQs back in the day and who really wants to pay the Audio Control price for a DSP. I suggest downloading the Expert App and play with the demo mode and get used to setting the crossover points. Once you figure out the app, this dsp will make you smile. I'm running two cerwin vega cheap xed 6.5 components and a cerwin Vega xed 4" in each front doors. Can't imagine what it would sound like with CDT or Focal, but I'd put the $35.00 cerwins up against them with this Expert DSP behind them. Cleaned up my sub-bass, bass, mid, and upper frequencies. Only played with it for about an hour before the daughter need the car. Lots of adjustments to play with and presets to store setups in. Best $140 buck you can spend on a car audio piece of equipment. Especially if your on a budget. Would recommend to anyone looking for clean sound.

This product is not complete trash but once you are aware of it's limitations it can do its job.Limitations and Workarounds.The default Gain is too high and will hiss or whine.Main Gain -10 or Main Gain -4 and -6 on each channel will remove the Hiss from the Defaults. Or other words -10 db down. The hiss issue does not really affect your sub channels.UPDATE** The unit does not like more than 2V on the input RCA. I think that is why I get so much Hiss off the Gains. The output voltage is still pretty weak 2V or less. I am adding 1 star due to this new info.This will reduce the output voltage to around 2v. I wish I knew this going in to my installation. I am now looking at buying a line driver preamp to boost the input to my amps from this device. I have 5V out on my car receiver and it was immediately noticed the drop in max output even after adjusting my amp gains.Time Alignment (The only reason I got DSP for.) If you don't need this feature then just buy a 3 way crossover for a better over all sound and ease of tuning.Another thing of note is the time alignment is in millimeters (1 foot is about 305mm | 1 inch is about 26 mm) . FYI you only set this value (distance from Ear/driver seat to the rear speakers or Sub) on your (EDIT)*Rear speakers. Delaying the fronts till the rear speakers sound reaches your ear. Time alignment is just a delay so don't set a value it for the speakers closest to the driver seat for the best exp. Once everything else is dialed in I ended up padding the delay so the center was in-between the front seats. TIP: open / close the windows and listen as a very tight focused center point will change based on 1 or both windows up/down. Mainly tweeds were effected by this side effect.
