When i tried to return seler told me to send photo to make sure it’s in good condition . After I send it photo seller told me to keep it or donate someone else. The shoes are good shoes for girls, it’s good material and flexible. I want it returned because size was to small .

I sized up one size like the other reviews suggested and they fit my daughter. They are cute. However, they are missing the buckle. I choose not to return or replace the item and just buy replacement buckles in the interest of time and convenience.

I measured my daughters feet and ordered these according to the size chart. I needed AT LEAST a whole size bigger-not even a half size. So the size chart is not accurate, which makes it easy to understand why these popped up as one of Amazons most returned items. I should have known.

Comprate a mia figlia per gioco, ma poi devo dire che le ha indossate anche per uscire perché veramente molto belline.Nonostante siano state utilizzate tantissimo non si sono minimamente sciupate.Laccetto regolabile e suolo in camoscio.Mi figlia ci sta benissimo e sono molto belline da abbinare con outfit più eleganti, fanno una gran figura 🤩
