Dont buy this piece of junk!!! Tried to pair to my WiFi and mobile and this camera decided not to go in a pairing Mode at all. So I didnt even have a chance to test it. Many resets, many other attempts, then a Phone call directly to the manufacturer brought me to the idea that this is a scrap. A gentleman I spoke to over the Phone announced calmly that they ARE AWARE about this issue, however at the moment there ISNT ANY solution to it and they r working On it. So having known the products'faulty they decided to release it to the market! A Gold medal for a stupidity and ignorance for the rubbish company.

Looks pretty does nothing.
Doesn't connect despite having all the right tech and wifi specifications. I've brought in IT professionals to try and resolve it while Arlo Customer support just doesn't pick up. Absolute total waste of time and money.

ok when they worked but terrible UK support when they ddidn't
Bought two floodlight cameras - initially pretty happy. After a few weeks one lost connection with wifi so I took down and reset. Then a few weeks later the other lost connection, but refused to reconnect. After lots of web searches and multiple unsuccessful attempts to fix myself I tried to reach out to Arlo support. This is where the fun begins...I first tried using the online chat support. Answered questions, provided serial numbers, received a case number and was told to call a UK number as the online support is for the US only. So far, I'm fine with this. I was given an 0800 uk number which i called at around 2pm on a Friday. After waiting about 45 mins in a queue, (music played for 5 mins, then 40 odd mins of silence), I was put through to another US support operator. After several checks with colleagues, I was told that US support can't help me and that UK support is only open 8-5 Mon to Fri so I'd be contacted on Monday. I tried to explain that it was only 3pm on a Friday in the UK, but was told I couldn't be transferred but that I would receive a phone call Monday. Monday came and went. As did Tuesday. I called on Wednesday. Same routine, 50+ mins on hold (only first 5 mins with music, then 45 mins of unsettling silence... (had i been disconnected, should i hang up?), I was put through to US operator again. Again told I needed to call the UK number.At this point I gave up with Arlo support, and contacted Amazon. Amazingly, after only 10 mins, they put me through to a European Arlo support person. Only to be asked by this person to please call the Arlo UK support number because he only answered because it was Amazon who called him. I clarified the number i was originally given was the UK / European support number, which it was, so I refused to hang up and call, explaining my previous experiences.At this point I was advised based on the case notes, the cameras were probably faulty and I should return them for an exchange. I was told i could return 1 to Arlo, but as I'd bought them together, they might both be faulty and I could return both to the dealer I purchased them from, Amazon. Why I couldn't have been told this from the start.. God only knows.The guy said he'd hang up and I'd return to the Amazon support who would organise the exchange. He hung up and of course the line when dead. Then and there, I organised a prompt collection and full refund from Amazon.Horrible experience. Wont ever buy from Arlo again.

Habe heute 4 Pro 3 Floodlight Cameras bestellt. Zum stolzen Preis von 289,00 Euro pro Stück hält es Arlo nicht für nötig, die passenden magnetischen Kabel zum Aufladen des Akkus mit zusenden. Statt dessen erhält der Kunde ein Micro USB Kabel was eigentlich völlig nutzlos ist. Arlo wird vom Service immer schlechter!!!!

Great picture quality EDITED
This arlo pro 3 floodlight cam is very smart looking and a very neat unit. A massive bonus is that it is wire free. It is very easy to install- just screw into wherever you want it to go and follow the instructions to pair the camera with the arlo app (which you can download on AppStore).The camera gives a very clear, good picture which you can also zoom in on. You also have the capability to hear sound- have a conversation through the camera and put the floodlight on or sound an alarm. The camera saves clips in the app whenever motion (person/vehicle/animal) is detected and it also lists which of those it has detected. On our first night we have a fox caught on camera several times! The only downside that I have found is that it has a delay- of around 20-30 seconds which unfortunately means that if something untoward was happening we might not get there as quickly as we might want to.The camera comes with a 3 month free trial of the cloud service that the arlo app provides. After this there is a monthly subscription to pay which doesn’t say how much it is on the app.Overall I like the camera, it has fantastic quality picture I just wish it was real time rather than a delay.EDITED FROM A 4 STAR TO A 1 STARUnfortunately after just over a weeks use the camera disconnected itself. I couldn’t get it back up and running so did the usual unpair from app/delete app/ try to reinstall and repeat 100x in every different which way. Unfortunately the camera just will not reset. It will not pair up with the internet and it will not read the wrong code. I’ve tried arlo customer services and spent a good 40 minutes doing the same things that I have already tried to no resolve. They have not made any more suggestions to me. I understand that this is a recurring problem in the new flood light 3 cams. So with this in mind I would save your money and your sanity and purchase another brand. So disappointed as it was a good item for the week that it worked.
